What counts as an install?

One unique device, once. Attribr uses a privacy-safe SHA-256 hash of the device identifier so reinstalls are detected and not double-counted. You never pay for the same user twice.

Can I stay on the free tier forever?

Yes. The Free tier is not a trial - it never expires. 10,000 attributed installs per month, three apps, no credit card required. Ever.

What happens if I exceed my limit?

We warn you at 80% and again at 100%. Events above the limit are queued and held for 30 days. Upgrade within that window and all queued events process immediately. If you don't upgrade, queued events expire.

Can I switch tiers mid-month?

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle - you keep your current tier until then.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes - annual billing saves approximately 16% (2 months free). You can switch from monthly to annual at any time from the dashboard.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

Never. Monthly plans cancel at end of the month. Annual plans can be cancelled with a prorated refund for unused months. No exit fees, no exit paperwork.
